Innovative floating-dock system transforms Cross Creek County Park
Cross Creek County Park, located in Washington County, Pa., is the county’s largest park. Situated southwest of Pittsburgh, this greenspace provides a welcome break from big-city congestion, especially for those people seeking solitude or outdoor recreational activities. The focal point of the park is the 258-acre lake. However, the property also has playgrounds, picnic shelters, and walking trails, and it’s now home to the largest all-composite, public access, patent-pending RPF (Reinforced Polymeric Frame), floating-dock system in the nation.
